3-Year Limited Warranty Agreement

Suprabrands Global LLC ("Suprabrands Global," "SBG," "we," "us," or "our") provides the following 3-Year Limited Warranty for its rubber flooring and matting products sold in the United States.

Effective Date
February 2026

Warranty Coverage

Suprabrands Global warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation for a period of three (3) years from the original date of delivery to the customer.

This warranty applies to:

  • Direct-to-Consumer (B2C) customers
  • Business-to-Business (B2B) customers, unless otherwise governed by a separate written commercial agreement

The warranty covers defects that materially affect product performance or structural integrity and are attributable to manufacturing or material faults.

Coverage applies only to products:

  • Purchased directly from Suprabrands Global or authorized sales channels
  • Installed and maintained in accordance with SBG's published guidelines

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials
  • Structural defects resulting from the production process
  • Product failures that occur under intended and documented use conditions

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover the following:

Normal Wear & Tear

Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to surface scuffing, compression marks, fading, or cosmetic changes over time

Improper Installation

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, or neglect

Chemical Exposure

Damage resulting from exposure to harsh chemicals, solvents, oils, or corrosive substances

Physical Damage

Damage caused by sharp objects, excessive impact, or loads beyond intended use

Environmental Factors

Damage caused by fire, flooding, moisture intrusion, or extreme environmental conditions

Cosmetic Variations

Variations in color, texture, or appearance that do not affect performance

Additional Costs

Installation, labor, or shipping costs, unless explicitly approved in writing

Natural aging and expected product wear are not considered defects and are not warranted.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, customers must contact Suprabrands Global and provide:

Issue Description

Provide description of the issue

Documentation

Provide clear photos and/or videos documenting the claimed defect

All claims must be submitted within the 3-year warranty period. Suprabrands Global reserves the right to request additional documentation or inspection prior to approval.

Resolution of Approved Claims

If a warranty claim is approved, Suprabrands Global will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • Replacement of the defective product
  • Store credit or refund, at SBG's discretion

Suprabrands Global's total liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the affected product.

B2B & Commercial Use Disclaimer

For B2B or commercial installations—including gyms, studios, and high-traffic environments—warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and does not extend to accelerated or excessive wear resulting from commercial usage unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Bulk orders, private-label products, or distributor agreements may be subject to separate warranty terms.
